Independent Test Services (ITS) would prepare test data in files to be delivered to their client.
Every morning, ITS would attach data files to email lists for different clients for different tests.
ITS would then email data to their clients. Problems would arise where email lists needed to be
constantly updated, data delivery was restricted to US business hours, and emails were labor intensive.
ITS systems update files via intranet and are checked by employees. ITS's clients click internet link on their desktop to view current test status.
Email system is removed. There is no longer need for email lists as clients now control who in their company can view test status.
